Every engine we build is custom built for the customer’s specific application. The information below is typical of the average build. Please give us a call today so that we can spec an engine for your application. All engine package prices assume that your motor is in perfect condition; any additional parts or repairs would be extra.

Level 1 – 165 to 196hp starting at $1895: Fix the compromises the manufacturer builds into the production motorcycle and free up horsepower that is already there with quality components. Power through better breathing and drivability through better tuning.

Level 2 (Head and Cams) - 175 to 226hp starting at $2995 : Let KWS work their magic on your cylinder head and then add more compression with a thinner head gasket. Improved top end rush with bigger cams and better mid range punch with adjustable cam timing. Web or Yoshimura cams.

Level 3 – 195 to 244hp prices starting at $4995: Drag racing, or hyper street bikes. KWS offers over bores + 2mm, + 3mm, + 4mm, and +5mm overbore kits. These motors make 195 to 244hp and can be ridden on the street. Aftermarket rods and a billet clutch basket are recommended for durability.

2mm 99-07 (1363cc) – For complete streetablity and long range hyper speed touring. 195-205hp range with a huge boost in torque and power at low-mid range power.

Block and piston kit starting at $895.

3mm 99-07 /2008 (1397cc / 1441cc) – Still very streetable but more power over the entire power range 205 to 244hp. Can be set up to make up to 245 +hp with high compression pistons and big cams. Block and piston kit starting at $895.

4mm 99-07 (1430cc) – Max power on a standard block with standard stroke. Not generally used for street unless racing is the primary focus. Normally in the 215 to 225hp range but with high compression pistons and big cams these motors can make as much as 230+ hp. Block and piston kit starting at $895.

5mm 99-07 (1464cc) Muzzy Big Block with custom pistons. Carrillo rods are must with this combination. With high compression pistons and big cams these motors can make more than 230hp. Retail on the Muzzy Block and Piston kit is over $2800, KWS price $2495!

Level 5 - 225 to 255+hp Prices starting at $6,500: We combine our KWS Level 4 big bore packages with a stroker crank to make a monster motors from 1441cc up to 1610cc with well over 240 hp and up to 155 lbs-ft of torque. Stock stroker cranks are available in 5mm, 6.25mm for exchange. These motors can be built in tons of configurations for everything from mild street bikes to all out drag bikes.

We combine a 5mm Muzzy Billet Big Block with a Billet stroker crank to make a monster motors from 1580cc up to 1720cc with well over 250 hp and up to 155 lbs-ft of torque. These motors are built with a ton of custom parts including JE pistons. Carrillo rods are a must! These are the fastest GSX1300R motors available anywhere! We have customers using these engines to run 7.50s @ over 185mph without nitrous or turbo.
