Street/Drag Racing Packages (Includes Install)

Every engine we build is custom built for the customer’s specific application. The information below is typical of the average build. Please give us a call today so that we can spec an engine for your application. All engine package prices assume that the donor motor is perfect condition; any extra parts or repairs would be extra.

Level 1 –146 to 158hp starting at $2100: Fix the compromises the manufacturer builds into the production motorcycle and free up horsepower that is already there with quality components. Power through better breathing and drivability through better tuning.

Full System $1199 - $2600, Power Commander III USB $259, BMC Air Filter $99.99, and Dyno Tune $325.

Level 2 – 162 to 165hp Starting at $2500: Increase air flow with a KWS CNC Pro Head. CNC Ports and Newan CNC Valve job. Deck can be changed for specific applications.

KWS CNC Pro Head $1350.

Level 3 – 165 to 174hp prices starting at $4800: Drag racing, unlimited road racing, top speed contests or hyper-street bikes. KWS offers over bore kits of + 2mm (1048cc). These motors make 170+ and can be ridden daily on the street. Price includes Carrillo rods, a must for durability.

KWS CNC Pro Head $1350, KWS Custom JE Pistons $699. Millennium Technologies Block Bore and Plate $650, Carrillo H-Beam Rods $1175, and labor $1500.

Road Racing (R1)

Superstock – 162 to 170hp $2200 plus parts: We are now offering everything we have learned from racing AMA Supersport to the average racer. These motors make championship winning power and durability at a price the average club racer can afford. These motors are built to the extent of the AMA, WERA, or CCS rule book. Price is for labor only. Any parts or repairs would be extra.

Base line Dyno run, blueprint, Newan CNC Radius Valve Job, deck head and cylinder, degree cams, clearance all bearings, final Dyno tune for your fuel.
